BMI calculator
Insurance and other plans for those with pre-existing conditions.
Our calculator combines data from the BMI charts for adults, and the BMI charts for boys and girls. You can use feet, inches and pounds or centimeters and kilograms without using a body mass index chart or knowing the formula.

Data from the adult and both children's charts were added to this calculator to make interpreting your BMI a little easier. A BMI chart for youth is interprets the data differently for boys and girls. For adults BMI data for females is interpreted the same way when compared with that of males. In fact it may even be incorrect. It was created to give you a simple method of calculating BMI without using the complicated charts on the NIH and CDC websites. The data used to calculate and interpret BMI, was taken from the National Institutes for Health's website and the Center for Diseases Control's website. Every effort was made to give you accurate information, but please do not rely on this website for medical advice.
